Dance - Eliminate the distance

Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain. – Vivian Greene

This year’s dance workshop is designed to help participants understand how to express feelings and intentions through the art of dance. In this workshop, the moderator will teach participants various movements and techniques that can convey different emotions and help them understand how to use dance to communicate.

The focus of this workshop will be on learning choreography and how to interpret it in different ways based on the emotions and intentions that you want to express. Participants will work together to explore how small changes in movement can convey vastly different emotions and messages.

The moderator will provide guidance and feedback to help participants refine their technique and learn how to convey emotions and intentions effectively through dance. The goal is for participants to leave the workshop with a deeper understanding of how movement and emotions can be used in dance to communicate with others and themselves.

This workshop is ideal for anyone who is interested in exploring the art of dance, regardless of prior experience.
