Moderators

Moderators at ISWiB are passionate individuals who play a key role in shaping the festival’s dynamic and bringing the theme of festival to life. They are responsible for facilitating workshops, guiding discussions, and creating a safe and inspiring space for participants to share and explore ideas.

You don’t need any specific qualifications to become a moderator—what truly matters is your enthusiasm for a certain topic, your willingness to share knowledge, and your ability to connect with people. ISWiB moderators are open-minded, friendly, and curious individuals who love exchanging views and learning just as much as they love teaching.
Coming from diverse backgrounds and experiences, ISWiB participants hail from all over the world, and moderators help bridge those different perspectives, creating meaningful dialogue and mutual understanding.

You can easily recognize our moderators by their green T-shirts—an ISWiB tradition that makes them stand out in the crowd
